Keizer police arrest 2 of Salem's most wanted

A Keizer police officer arrested two women on Salem police's 10 Most Wanted list during a traffic stop Wednesday. Keizer Police Officer Dan Kelley stopped a van on Verda Lane NE at Dearborn Avenue because the driver was not wearing a seatbelt. Sgt. David LeDay said two women hiding in the van were arrested.
