Resolved Question: Is there a website to meet other gamers?

I recently moved and am currently without internet at my apartment. I was hoping to meet some new people here with similar interests as me, gaming. I don't have console games ATM and with no internet I am unable to game! For 4months so far. /tears Would be great if I could meet gamers in my area and play some games with them. I'm not an elitist, but I am a 2200 ELO player in League of Legends /shrug. So any forums or something where gamers around the world can meet according to where they live IRL?
