Voting Question: Where to buy B18C in Oregon?

I own a 1989 CRX DX and it has 255xxx miles on the original D15, so when I have to replace the engine, I would like to "upgrade" to a B18C....Thing is I have a hard time trusting websites like jdmtigerjapanese.com or osakajdmmotors.ca, that look very reliable I admit but I would prefer dealing with this in person (unless someone can tell me of an absolutely outstanding website). So I am looking for a shop that specializes in Japanese engines/transmissions around Oregon, the closer to Salem the better.
